What services does the Jabez Retreat Center provide?	The Jabez Retreat Center provides a place for all Christian denominations and para church organizations to have weekend retreats. Church and business groups can also have single day meetings at the facility. It will also be a facility that will offer an opportunity for clergy and their families to rest, relax and refresh in their mission and ministry. The facility is located on 50 acres that includes room for hiking and a fishing lake. Located on a hill, the facility overlooks the Grand River valley. A prayer garden and nature trails are planned in the future.
How many people can the facility accommodate?	Jabez Retreat Center is large enough to provide sleeping quarters for up to 40 people.
What are the facilities accommodations?	Upper Level: large bunk room sleeps 16, with 2 bathrooms with 3 showers, 3 toilets and 4 lavatories, private rooms with queen size bed and bunk-bed, another private room with queen size bed and sleeping couch. Main Level: facilitators/pastors private bedroom and bath, half bath with handicap access, large kitchen and dining room, large meeting room with presentation equipment. Kitchen (Main Level): kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining supplies including a large coffee maker. Lower Level: large bunk room sleeps 12, another bunk room sleeps 6, large meeting room with small kitchen, 2 bathrooms with 3 showers and 4 lavatories.
How do I make a reservation?	Go to the Reservations page on this website. Click the link where you can verify if the date you want is available. If your desired date is not reserved, click the link to make a reservation. We will get back with you to confirm your reservation request.

What forms of payment are accepted?	Payment by checks are accepted. See the Contact Us or Reservations page on this website for the address to send payment.
What is the deadline for payment?	A $200 deposit is required to secure the date that is reserved at the time of booking. 30 days prior to the retreat, one half of the billing will be due. At the time of the retreat, the balance is required. Billing fees are based on the estimated number of participants.
What is your cancellation policy?	30 days prior to the retreat, the fees could be returned or applied to a future open date. Within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited.

Is there a check out time?	The check out time is 3:00 pm unless specified otherwise.
What are the hours?	Jabez Retreat Center is available only by reservation.
Can meetings be held?	Jabez Retreat Center is furnished with two large meeting rooms with DVD and CD players available for a speaker. Daytime meetings are available.
Can we cook our own meals?	Yes, you can prepare your own meals using the kitchen. The kitchen is a furnished kitchen that includes a dishwasher, ice-maker, coffeemaker, etc. With advance notice, we can accommodate special diet requests.
Can food service be provided?	Food service is available at Jabez Retreat Center at an additional cost. Make a request for this service when requesting reservations.
Are you wheel chair accessible?	Jabez Retreat Center is wheel chair accessible.
Can I bring my dog?	Dogs and other pets are not permitted at Jabez Retreat Center.
Can I bring fireworks?	Fireworks, guns and weapons are prohibited at Jabez Retreat Center.
Do you allow smoking?	Smoking is not allowed inside the facility at Jabez Retreat Center.
What is provided for bedding and towels?	Beds are furnished with sheets and blankets. Towels are also provided for use at the facility. the facility has seven showers in five bathrooms.
What kind of presentation equipment does the facility have?	DVD and CD players are available in addition to a white board.
Do you have internet access?	Internet access is available at Jabez Retreat Center through mobile air cards.
